Such an absolute honor to have you on Playboy! What are the plans this year for you? I recently started getting into the world of real estate and investments and I’m really excited to grow my knowledge of the industry and invest in properties in my hometown. I would love to fully rehab a home and do my first flip.
What is at the top of your list to achieve the most in the year 2022? I’m really eager to learn home projects and I’ve been learning how to do things around the house. Painting, building, and decorating. I want to have the skills to stage and improve properties that I invest in.
What does it mean for you to be seen as a strong, intelligent, ambitious woman? To me, it means having the mental strength and intelligence to accomplish anything that comes your way be a small or big, I don’t want there to ever be an obstacle I can’t overcome on my own. I’ve always considered myself to be ambitious and I like to stay busy seven days a week.
What would you say makes you stand out in the industry? I think something that makes me stand out in the industry is my passion and dedication to animals and charity, if I’m not volunteering, I like to try to fundraise and find different ways to help the local rescue organizations in my community, I’ve always been very passionate about cat rescue, and animal rights as a whole.
Where are we most likely to find you if not in front of the camera being glamorous? Most likely at the gym, volunteering, or in the kitchen. I absolutely love cooking and baking and I find it to be such a stress reliever.
What are some of your biggest passions? Animal rights, health and wellness, and physical fitness. I haven’t missed a workout in eight years. I promise myself my daily workouts for my mind, body, and mental health.
3 ultimate deal-breakers when it comes to men? I couldn’t ever be with someone who wasn’t compassionate towards others or animals. That would be a huge deal-breaker for me. Entitlement and arrogance are also unacceptable to me.
What are some of the things that attract you to a man? Loyalty and a sense of humor are the most attractive qualities, but kindness and compassion as well are super important. Oh, and he has to know his way around a toolbox.
Where do you see yourself in the next 5 years? I would like to expand my investment portfolio and definitely travel more. While I was in Miami Shooting this issue of Playboy, I took some time to check out local real estate opportunities and found a lot of properties I was interested in investing in, I would love to travel and invest more.
What is the wrong way to approach you as an admirer? I don’t like when guys try too hard or try to be too forward too quickly. And certainly, don’t bother a female when they’re working out. The gym is the wrong place to approach someone.
